Admissions Process
Our Admissions and Enrollment process is a comprehensive series of milestones to ensure that White Horse Academy will be the best academic home for your family and students
STEP ONE
Interest Form
Our application process begins when you submit a brief Interest form, filling out family contact information, number and grades of potential students, etc. Once complete, someone from our Admissions Team will review and reach out to schedule an initial meeting.
STEP TWO
Meet with Us
Because our school is opening in Fall of 2024, we do not yet have classrooms for you to come visit. Someone from our Admissions team would love to meet with you and your family to discuss the school, get to know you better, and answer any questions you may have. We encourage you to thoroughly research our school and Classical Christian Education before we meet, so you are fully aware of our Mission, Educational Philosophy, and agree with our Statement of Faith.
STEP THREE
Apply
If you believe the Lord has called you and your family to make White Horse Academy your children’s future academic home and are ready to affirm our Statement of Faith, we will send you the formal Admissions Application. This will require detailed family and student information, any prior school records, as well as a letter of recommendation for your family from your pastor and a previous teacher, if applicable. A non-refundable application fee will also be assessed and your application will not be processed until the fee is paid.
STEP FOUR
Admissions Interview
The Admissions Team will schedule a Family Interview with Parents and students. This will go over your student’s academic history, their current skills level, and your future goals for them. The primary purpose of this interview is to confirm that you and your student will fit in well with our academic family and culture. Parents are expected to read "An Introduction to Classical Education” before the interview.
STEP FIVE
Communicate Decision
After prayerfully considering your comprehensive application, as well as the reviewing your Admissions Interview, we will notify parents of the decision regarding acceptance, waitlist, or denial.
STEP SIX
Enroll
Upon acceptance of an admissions offer, parents must complete the comprehensive enrollment packet, sign the tuition agreement, and pay the enrollment fee to reserve your student’s spot in the class.
